As director Puri Jagan has announced that his next film will feature Vijay Devarakonda in the lead, and Charmme confirming the production, there are widespread rumours that one of Vijay’s films is put on the backburner. Here is the truth about that.
In fact, none of Vijay Devarakonda’s ongoing films are cancelled or postponed. The talented actor has two films on the sets now and they will be wrapped as per the planning only. Firstly, Vijay will be wrapping up director Kranthi Madhav’s romantic drama that has him romancing three heroines in three different stages of life. By September, shooting for this movie will be done, and then he will move to Tamil and Telugu bilingual ‘Hero’. By January, this film’s shoot will come to an end.
The much-hyped Jagan and Devarakonda’s project will have its pooja formalities in January first week and shooting will be started immediately. In that way, Vijay has all the films lineup properly and shootings will be done as planned without any delay or postponement. So where is the point in Vijay dropping a film to take up Puri’s movie?
