Minus Points:
· Few dragged scenes
· Slow-paced narration
Performance: Suhas who plays the hero acted well with his comedic timing and his emotional acting. Suhas has conveyed the core emotion of the film very well with his gestures. Also the heroine Tina Shilparaj acts very well. Another strength of this film is Ashish Vidyarthi’s comedy. He made the viewers laugh with his timing. Also, actress Rohini’s performance is the highlight of the movie. Along with Gauri Priya Reddy, the rest of the main characters as well as the rest of the actors who appeared in other roles also impress with their performance.
Technical: Director Shanmuk Prashanth has shown good fun along with excellent emotion in this movie. Overall the film has realistic situations and average middle class emotions. Although the plot taken by the director is good, but the story is simple. The director writes few scenes without considering the commercial aspects. There are too many love and family scenes which cannot add strength to the story. Also some over drama scenes are weakness of the movie. The cinematography by Venkat R Shakamuri and the music by Sekhar Chandra and Kalyan Nayak are impressive. Editing by Kodati Pavan Kalyan and Siddharth Thatholu is ok but it could have been better. The runtime is the main plus point of Writer Padmabhushan.
Analysis: Overall Writer Padmabhushan is an engaging drama which has is a perfect blend of humor and sentiment.
