Olivia Attwood gives advice to new Love Island cast as they go into hiding

Olivia Attwood has revealed the new cast of Love Island 2019 are already in hiding ahead of the show's launch – and she's given them a handy tip.

It's been two years since Olivia shot to fame on Love Island 2017 and she's dishing the dirt on what's happening behind-the-scenes before the launch.

The show 's due back on air on June 3, and Olivia says the contestants will already be holed up in hotels.

She's taken to Instagram to hand out advice over how they should be spending their final days before going into the villa,

In a post on the site, she shared a picture of herself standing next to her Love Island promo shot, adding: "2 whole years… actually mad to think the new islanders are in lockdown right now…

"If you have a bad temper like I did… might be a good time to work on yourself, bit of meditation, downward facing dog and all that s**t.

"You’re gunna need it."

There's no official confirmation on the identity of this year's sexy singles, but rumours are flying about who will be heading off for a summer of fun.

The latest big name rumours include AJ Pritchard's brother Curtis, Tyson Fury's brother Tommy, and current Miss Great Britain Kobi-Jean Cole.

While the contestants are preparing themselves for the launch, there's still plenty of work to be done at the villa in Majorca.

The crew remain hard at work on the house – which still resembles a building site.

Pictures have emerged of the Majorcan complex still under repairs with staff painting and sawing away under the Spanish sun as they scrabble to get the job done in time.

The setting of Love Island's infamous fire pit showdowns is under construction ahead of the new arrivals.

A woman was seen painting the walls white while huge red letters were scrawled over wooden boards.

The entrance to the villa has also been taken over by production crew with a huge marquee erected by the front door.

ITV confirmed last week that the start date for series 2019 will be Monday 3 June with the series airing on ITV2 as in previous years.

Presenter Caroline has already touched down in the Balaeric Islands where's she's been busy topping up her tan inbetween rehearsals.
