Mahesh Babu and Vijay Deverakonda to come together for their next? | Bollywood Life

Tollywood superstar Mahesh Babu is currently basking the success of his recent blockbuster Maharshi, which has shattered many records and has entered the Rs 200 crore club at the global box office. While there were reports that he will soon start with F2 helmer Anil Ravipudi, which will also star Rashmika Mandanna, now the rumours are doing the rounds that his next might be a multi-starrer and will star young heartthrob Vijay Deverakonda.

Though there is no official confirmation about this, it will indeed be a great news for all Tollywood fans. Vijay Deverakonda was the chief guest during the pre-release event of Maharshi and had said, “I don’t care how the teaser, trailer or anything is, I will just say watch his films. Because I’m a hardcore fan of Mahesh Babu since childhood and used to stand in queues at Konark theatre in Dilsukhnagar for tickets of his films.” If this project materializes, it will be dream come true for Vijay Deverakonda.

Talking about Vijay Deverakonda, the actor will be next seen in Dear Comrade along with his Geetha Govindam co-star Rashmika Mandanna. The political drama is all set to hit the screens on July 26. Vijay is essaying the character of a student leader from a communist family, while Rashmika is seen as a cricketer playing for Telangana state. The film is directed by Bharat Kamma and the music of the film is composed by Justin Prabhakaran. It is scheduled to hit the screens on May 31.
