Inside Lydia Bright’s ‘magical’ family trip to Disneyland with daughter Loretta

The Only Way is Essex's Lydia Bright took time out of her busy schedule to spend some quality family time with her daughter Loretta and sister Georgia as they visited Disneyland Paris.

The 32 year old, who recently showed off her natural curls, described her trip as “absolutely magical and one she’ll never forget”.

Having first visited Disneyland Paris with her parents when she was aged eight, Lydia, was keen for her own daughter Loretta to follow in her footsteps.

Both Lydia and Loretta were seen smiling as they enjoyed the meet-and-greets with various Disney characters.

Lydia said: "Me and my sister said that as soon as you walk into Disneyland Paris it's almost like you feel like you're floating, it's so happy, it's so magical, and I just think sometimes you need that, you need to just escape from the everyday and be your inner child again.

"It's just nice to re-live our childhood sometimes isn't it, so yes, I love it, I'm feeling very magical right now.”

Lydia also revealed how she was on a personal quest to make sure Loretta’s life is packed full of as many adventures as possible.

She revealed that she’d taken inspiration from her favourite quote by Lewis Carroll in Alice in Wonderland: “Actually, the best gift you could have given her was a lifetime of adventures” – which she says is one of her mantras for life.

Lydia also discussed the inspiration she gets from her parents, Debbie and Dave, who have dedicated a large part of their lives to fostering children.

She said: "The most inspirational people in my life and in my world are my parents because they have dedicated 30 years of their life to helping children and helping families and they're just very selfless in their ways and they are just amazing all-round people.

"We've just got an amazing family, a great group of friends, they're just incredible people so I just always try to mirror my life slightly on them and try and do them proud."

Her trip to Disneyland Paris, which is kicking off the Grand Finale of its 30th Anniversary, comes after she enjoyed a holiday with her family in Barbados to bring in the new year.

Lydia headed off on a getaway with her sister Romana, 19, mum Debbie, 60, and daughter Loretta, with the family enjoying a sunny day at the beach.

The reality TV star was seen playing with daughter Loretta in the sand before taking a dip in the sea and relaxing in the sun alongside her lookalike younger sister and mum.

Lydia wore a neon pink swimsuit with a giant buckle detail and kept her accessories limited to a few lightweight pieces of gold jewellery for her day by the sea.

Her daughter Loretta looked adorable in a floral swimsuit, sunhat and bright orange arm bands as she was pictured playing with her mum and aunt.

Lydia shares her daughter Loretta with her ex-boyfriend, garage owner Lee Cronin.

The pair met in 2017 and had an on-off relationship for three years but eventually called it quits in 2020 after Loretta was born.
