There is no salary disclosed for the 30-year-old actress who used to pull pints before getting her big acting break, but the accounts show that she borrowed £2.7 million from the company last year.

It’s now worth £13.5 million, an increase of almost £1 million.

The news comes after it was reported last year that she earned a staggering £12million from her role in the Star Wars movies.

The actress played the role of Jedi knight Rey in The Force Awakens in 2015 and went on to play the same character in The Last Jedi two years later.

Her first post was seemingly from a posh hotel as she relaxed in a white robe while sipping a hot beverage, wearing unique ‘glasses’ that emitted a red glow on her face.

‘Coming out of social media hibernation refreshed, recharged, and ready for what I’m calling my “Year of Yes”. (And that’s the tea),’ Ridley said.

She added that the photo was, ‘courtesy of my <3 glam @lipstickkelly and @dayaruci’ in her post.

‘Trying to remember how to use this app. Maybe it’s a good thing I didn’t have Insta during quarantine, or else I would have posted these. Oh, well, still posting them,’ Ridley said.

Her first post back included a comment from her co-star on 2017’s Murder on the Orient Express, Leslie Odom Jr.

‘Welcome back. Take your breaks when you need em! x,’ Odom Jr. told her in his comment.
