Former EastEnders actor Tony Discipline looks completely different nine years after leaving the show – and even has a new career.
Tony played cheeky chap Tyler Moon, cousin to Shane Richie’s Alfie Moon, on the BBC soap from 2011 to 2013.
The 33 year old actor has had quite the transformation, often showcasing his ripped body for his 12,000 Instagram followers.
Since leaving EastEnders, Tony has swapped fiery soap arguments for actual fires as he now works as a firefighter.
Tony often updates fans on Instagram and has posted an array of images, many of which feature the star in his dashing uniform or beside other firefighters.
The job change has seemingly gone down well with fans, with one person dubbing him a “sexy man” beneath a shot of him dressed in uniform.
“Nice photo of u look good,” another person wrote.
A third commented: “Jeez tony u can’t put a photo [email protected] up and not expect to have ladies swooning!!”
Earlier this year, Tony caused a similar reaction from fans when showing off his shredded physique on his Instagram story.
Tony wrote, "Late night post workout" on top of the shirtless shot.
Despite his change in career, Tony has previously teased a return to Walford in a cryptic social media post that sparked fan reaction.
Posting an image of the sea, he wrote: "Tyler's still on a cruise out there somewhere. Is it time to come back to Walford? @bbceastenders.
Tony was referencing Tyler’s exit from the show in 2013 where he left Albert Square to work with his brother Anthony Moon (Matt Lapinskas) on a cruise ship.
Clearly excited by the possibility, one fan quipped: "Yes defo would love this see please make this happen would love see Tyler return Whitney deserve be happy again."
Another wrote: "I wouldn’t say no to this! give whit a happy story and have her get back with Tyler! bring Anthony back too!"
A third added: "If he's topless 24/7 then sure."
Tyler's character had an on-again-off-again relationship with Whitney Dean, played by Shona McGarty, and the two eventually got engaged before his exit.
Last year, Tony welcomed his first baby, Penelope Charlotte Rose Discipline, with his partner, believed to be midwife Becky Mulvaney.
"Welcome to the world my beautiful daughter,” he wrote in the announcement, before adding: "It's all for you now baby girl."
Reacting to the news, Tony’s on-screen brother and bestie Matt wrote: "My guy congratulations to you all."
